According to a recent report from a market research company:

This is the market's first decline since the fourth quarter of 2020, marking the beginning of a multi-quarter digestion cycle for the market.

The vice president of the market research company said:
The revenue decline primarily reflects the digestion cycle.
This has affected the performance of suppliers and products. Some people have experienced a greater impact than others, and at varying times.
Customers and suppliers who are quicker will be the first to enter the digestion cycle.
This quarter, some suppliers, regions, and port products did better than others, leading to uneven performance overall.
